This is the 21st century and only those who think logically and practically can survive in this century I could never be a practical person in my life. Perhaps leaving a well known school in this region and trying to establish this English Academy is  an  attempt to be practical and commercial (I doubt over my success !) still I don’t think I am doing enough to launch this academy..

I have been teaching English for over 20 years. In fact English has been feeding me… for so many years and perhaps the intention behind establishing this academy apart from making money is to express that gratefulness and gratitude towards this world language.

I know this is just the beginning and it is as expected modest but will this academy flourish? Only time will tell..

Man without a friend is a flower without frangrance! People say. It is fragrance which makes people to pluck the flower. A flower without fragrance is nothing of use. But I think friend is a person whom we give many opportunities to betray, thinking that he or she won’t betray us and what happens? He or She will definitely use it to finish us, destroy us. This happens time and again but we don’t learn anything from it. Friendship doesn’t exist in this world!

Now a days a strange thing is happening, if you call somebody an Ediot he will consider it as a complement and say thank you. What really happened? What is the magic? This magic is the magic of Amir Khan, Rancho.  He and his two friends have made this word Ediot a prestigious symbole.  What made Rancho a special case? What made him so talented? Circumstances!! No doubt. He is poor. He always carries a screw driver in his pocket. He is fond of machines. Simple! If your hobby becomes your career, you will definitely be successful.  Rancho learns from experiences. He learns from circumstances. No doubt he is gifted but there are many people who are gifted but they never open the packet!  Rancho always takes life as it comes. He always makes adjustments. He hardly complains! He has that rare sense of humour which only a few people got. He always sees the funny side of life. He has the courage to give words to his feelings.  He is always ready to face the adverse situations. Tell your heart all is well, problem will not be solved but you will get the strength to face it. Very simple but wonderful philosophy of life! One more important thing about Rancho is that he applies science. Science should not remain in books. It should always be applied. He does the same.The only thing about Rancho which is not acceptable is that why he allows some other rich person to use his talent to earn a degree which he doesn’t deserve. Is he selfish? Or is it a way out to overcome his poor condition? Is it a route to get the education what he longs for?  I don’t know and I don’t want to know. The only thing I know is that people who are blaming this film for the suicide cases of the students in India don’t understand Rancho and the company. It is quite unfortunate. It always happens in India.  May God bless them!

The most important thing is that at last he becomes a teacher. He is in the company of nature and kids! We need teachers like Rancho!!!

‘Kehata hai joker Sara Jamana’ Is the ring tone of my mobile. Joker? Why do I like Joker in a Circus? It seems as if I am obsessed with a joker. I find many simlilarities in a joker and anyone who is a performing artist. I am a teacher and I will have to perform in the classroom. Years after years I will have to teach the same syllabus to different students. No matter a teacher is having problems, worries, anxities, he will have to give his students his best performance in each of his period. He will have to forget his worries and with smiling face appear before his students. In Raj Kapoor’s Mera Nam Joker, even if Raju the main protagonist loses his mother he has to make people laugh. He cries but people think he is making them laugh. Even his tears make people laugh. I am a teacher. Teaching is my passion. It gives me the solace of mind. Perhaps the only thing in the world which gives me an unexplained pleasure. Some people are trying their level best to snatch this opportunity too. May God bless them !

Schools are being deserted and coaching classes blossom, what might be the reason?
Are the teachers responsible for that. For some extent, Yesss….., but student too, and their parents either. In many cases students don’t want but parents insist. There might be some teachers who do not teach sincerely but what about those who work their tooth and nail for the sake of students but they do not understand their importance because they weigh all the teachers in the same balance and as a result, good teachers also get frustrated and stop taking efforts. When will this stop?

    I am a teacher by profession. I have been teaching for last 17 years.This year I delivered at least 31 lectures on the above mentioned subject in Nanded, Jalna, Aurangabad and Jalgaon distiricts. I think children are the most innocent creation of God on this Earth and it is every one duty to make them safe. It is everybody’s right to take a safe education. Since 1995 many incidents of disasters occured in India which took lives of thousands of stuents.

    Right from an incident in Haryana in which more than 400 students and parents lost their lives in a programme of prize distribution in an adotorium. While the programme was in session a fire was broken and spread in no time. In Kumbhkonam tragedy more than 93 students died in a fire and in the unfortunate incident of Gujrath Earth Quake where at least 971 students died and more than 1000 schools destroyed. So it is absolutely necessary for each school to have its own rescue plan for students. What do you think ?

Work Culture!

India is a fast developing country. In each and every field India is progressing leaps and bounds.

(Still 40% People are BPL) but there is a big question mark on work culture in India.

It is not true that there is no scope for honest and sincere people but their path is full of thorns.

Thos e who work sincerely are not liked by thos e who make a show of working. Working

honestly can creat many enemies and they won't rest until you are like them. The real fight starts

then. Those who are flatterers dont like honest people. Unless there is one master who can

realise the importance of sincerity, Honest people wont get Justice. 

'They' are trying to kill 'the teacher' in me.

This years time table is heart breaking. I have been delilberately left out. The class i would like

to be the class teacher and still consider the best class has been harrased. I have been given

the poorest classes except one where i am not able to breath freely

importance is given to theose who are good at flattering and unfortunately i am not good at it.

In short 'they' are trying their level best to kill 'the teacher' in me as i am a thorn in their flesh.  

Why did i decide to quit?

Hello, I am a teacher and i work in a well known and perhaps the best school in our area, i have

been working for last 15 years but this year i did try to quit, 

I really work hard for the sake of my students but my hard work and passion for doing some

thing for my students might not have been swallowed by some of my co- workers and they

started to defame me, they strated to creat problems and surprisingly the most important person

in the circle started to back them up. I couldn't tolerate this.why should i? I took the decision

(Might be wrong) and decided to quit. But there are some people who recognise the value

of hard work and they consoled me and made me to change my decision. So i have to stay.

Is this the mentality which holds India back?
